  • 10% item fee on sold items, reduced to 5% for our customers

Participants alerts/notifications

    • Or both SMS and email

  • We can also inform all participants by sending reminder messages in order to let them know, for example, that there is less than 24 hours left for the auction.

Choice of Domain Name

 

Preparing your list of items for the website

  • Please fill in the Excel file "List of customer items to fill Electronic" and return it to us no later than 7 days before the desired online launch. If you want the item description to be bilingual, complete the French translation otherwise leave the box empty. Please return the completed file to us. At the same time, transfer us your photo file with; http://www.wetransfer.com. Remember to verify your photos are in JPG and associated with your items according to the correct batch # (see explanation in the excel). If you do not send us photos, we will put generic ones from the web. Put as much detail as possible in the description of your lots to make sure customers know exactly what they're buying.

 

Adding of items after delivery of the Excel file

In the case of submitting an item after the deadline, please use the following procedure to send us your item (s) and we will add them to the auction. Name your email: XYZ Auction - Addition # 1. In the email enter the description, translation if applicable, value, desired starting price if required and insert the photo of the item. Please send only one item per email to avoid any oversight.

 

Timelines and running time

  • The auction can remain open for the desired time of your choice

  • All items biddings close at the same time

  • The auction will be online 7 days following the reception of your Excel file and your photos

 

 

Payments

  • Customers are required to enter their credit card when they place their first bet

  • All payments will automatically be processed at the end of the auction

  • If you decide to take the payments directly with your STRIPE account, you can

 

 

Delivery of items

  • You must give us the procedure for recovering items so that we can inform the participants

 

 

Optional – Adding Signature Pro items to the auction

  • Signature Pro has a wide selection of high-end items that can be added to your line-up and add to your foundations profit without any risk on your part

  2. Visual - Logo of the foundation, the sponsor or the theme of the event.**

  3. The completed excel file from your list of items

  4. The jpg photos of your items; well identified and sent via https://wetransfer.com/

  5. The opening date of the auction

  6. The closing date and time of the auction

  7. Confirm that you accept that SP will take payments for you

  8. Explanation of how you will distribute the prizes to the participants
