Here's how to view unpaid invoices and accept payments for them via the platform, or mark them as paid when payment was received outside the platform.
Item retrieval tracking
The platform allows users to take notes in client files and keep track of items retrieved and those to be retrieved.
Extract reports from the platform
The platform provides several raw reports that can be extracted in PDF and/or CSV format.
NOTE :
To convert the CSV to an Excel file, in a blank Excel file, click on "Data" in the top menu then "From Text/CSV File", select your file and follow the steps.
DETAILS OF THE REPORTS
ALL ARTICLES
Report including all items up for auction in chronological order of lot numbers
ITEMS WON BY CUSTOMERS
Report including all items sold, broken down by buyer, with each buyer's contact information.
PAYMENTS
Report detailing all buyer payments, including the total and date of each payment
PROFIT
Report including all items sold with their gross profits and gross auction fees as recorded in the Fees tab
FIXED-PRICE ITEMS
Report including all items sold via Buy It Now
FIXED-PRICE DONATIONS
Report including all donations made via instant purchase of donation items
DON
Report including all donations made through the platform, either via items available for immediate purchase or donations, and the donation badge when donations are processed internally.
